Features:  

Users cannot list or sell their own tickets through Tickets Inventory. Gift card options are also not available through Tickets Inventory. Buyers cannot print their tickets themselves, but can choose from standard shipping at $15 or express delivery at $25.

Tickets Inventory is simple to use. The listings are laid out similarly to other sites, and can be sorted by section, row, price, or ticket quantity. A good sized seating chart is also displayed alongside the listings. Searching for your specific concert is also easy. Simply type in a group's name or venue to search for matching results. Or choose a city from a dropdown menu and choose a range of dates to find possible concerts near you.

Tickets Inventory is approved by the Better Business Bureau, and the website is VeriSign secured and Trust-e certified. The 100% unconditional guarantee helps buyers rest at ease that the tickets they order will be authentic, delivered on time, and refunded if the event is cancelled for any reason.

Help/Support:  

Tickets Inventory provides assistance as needed through email or over the phone. However, online help is nonexistent. There is no online help center, online chat, or even a FAQs section.

Tickets Inventory often has the best prices available and is a good service for locating tickets to even sold out concerts.
